Many of us are trying to have a meaningful impact on the world around us through the work that we do. We accomplish this by solving real problems, which is different from improving current solutions. But before we can solve a problem, we must first deconstruct the problem to its core elements, allowing us to better identify new and impactful solutions. Adam Sager uses historical examples and his own experiences as the founder of Canary to illustrate this process.
