I've been meaning to address this a long time. I see too many people trying to build connections, build an audience, get exposure in all the wrong ways. When dealing with people, you really have to understand and provide for their needs first, before thinking about your own. Giving value is really the only way to get anywhere on youtube and in life. Wether that may be through humour, entertainment, education, whatever it is, value is the fundamental currency we all use when dealing with each other.
