Annually, hundreds of students gather at the capitol in Saint Paul to promote higher education. With a presence from all five campuses, students rally in the rotunda and meet with their legislators and other elected officials. This year, Governor Mark Dayton, Rep. Keith Ellison and University of Minnesota student leaders gathered to share their message of the need for affordability in higher education.
