Hot Springs in Japan is definitely a must go place for the total Japanese Travel Experience. You can go to the steam baths and have Milk baths on the hot springs as well. When you get hungry just go the "Edo Era" inspired restaurants. You can also play traditional Japanese festival games! Reminders! (You can't wear anything in the Hot Springs area you can't soak the towels under the water as well) (People with tattoos are not allowed in the hot springs onsen area.)
