I am traveling from the city of Ostrava to Plzen in Czechia (Czech Republic) to experience the Pilsen region, and especially the Pilsen beer culture.  Czech beer is amazing.  I caught the 730am train, first class car, where I drank champagne and enjoyed the country-side views.  Once we got to Plzen, it was an easy walk to my hotel, the Vienna House Easy Pilsen.  From there, it was time for some beer and a delicious lunch of fried cheese, cabbage, and dumplings.
