False partial at Mine Dock Road

Here we are at Mine Dock Road in Fort Montgomery on the Conrail River Line Subdivision, where we hear a train blowing for a crossing.  Unfortunately, it isn't for Mine Dock Road, but rather for Manitou Station Road in Manitou, which is just across the river from us.
