Tom helps people solve complex problems. As a Fellow at Autodesk, the world's leader in 3D design software, Tom inspires leadership team to apply systems thinking and visual collaboration to create better products, design more sustainable solutions, and foster cultures of creative brilliance. As a technologist, he has brought several award-winning applications to market, including SketchBook Pro and Maya which won an Academy Award. As an advocate of creative thinking, Tom has written and edited four books on design, creativity and mental exercise and has delivered several TED talks on fostering creative collaboration
