4. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
5. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9. A pinch of food color(optional)
10. Salt as per needs
11. Cornflour 2 tbsp
12. Besan/gram flour 2 tbsp
13. Yogurt (sour) 2 tbsp
14. Refined oil for fry
15. Chicken 500 gms
