I had a heart attack in 2004. It was determined that my left decending artery was clogged by plaque and a stent was needed to open the artery back up. I quit smoking the day of the heart attack and today, 12 years later it's the year 2016 and I am plaque free and very healthy. I can now climb mountains again and not get dizzy. This heart attack may have saved my life. I made this video with my first digital camera 2 years before the creation of You Tube.
