"The Map of Physics" by "Domain of Science", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZihywtixUYo, is well worth 8 minutes of your time. My video is a direct response to that work. It provides an explanation of what specific form of math places an expression in the classical, relativistic or quantum mechanical sections of the Map of Physics.

The first trick is to write out a physics expression in terms of quaternions. The reason to do so is that it forces one to always think in terms of both space and time. There are three rules:

1. If any of the terms generating a physics equation treat time differently from space, then the equation is classical.

2. If all of the terms generating a physics equation use the same kinds of terms for time and space, then the equation is relativistic.

3. If one must take the norm of a physics equation to connect the expression to data, the equation is about quantum mechanics.
