Strange grey zone in Xbox Marketplace

I bought a Xbox 360 two months ago in Denmark. Yesterday I made an American Hotmail and Gamertag to download the demo of Beautiful Katamari (it isn't out in Europe yet). Something strange had happen; in the Marketplace section there is a grey "zone" that wasn't there before. It seems to do nothing, but I can't get it away and it is a bit annoying. I have tried to sign out/in different Gamertags and restart the machine. I have as well changed the visual options, but the grey is still in the Marketplace. It runs games like before, so it can't be the graphic card. Do you know this problem, and how do I get rid of it? Please, help me. Sorry for the bad video quality.
