Help! Rx8 starting issue after new starter (part 2)

It's not the starter as many people suggested, I just bought a brand new one and installed it, also,Batteries are fully changed and plugged in. Oil isn't old, trans worked fine before... idk what it is, so if you had a similar experience, please help.
