I spend so much time these days around enlightened doctors I sometimes forget that there are still so many who still hang on to old, outdated ideas. I was reminded of this when someone emailed me an article written by a Cleveland Clinic doc who insists that eating a plant-based diet is hard and it doesn't work that well anyway for treating heart disease.
