On a visit to Printers Corner, a new high-rise in Chicago's South Loop, I posed that question to Winthrop Properties' Chad Baugh. The answer was interesting, but even more so was the story of how Baugh came to his current position. He bought a unit from Winthrop Properties, became the president of his building's condo association, and had such a positive relationship with the developer that he went to work with him.
