This is a HD re-upload of the other TDI Richmond video. It is also the first video that I have created using Sony Vegas Pro 10. It is a pretty easy program with a lot of advanced features.

The clip of the 24 Heures du Fun at Richmond was one of the
first "official" night race sessions since the addition of night racing
to iRacing. Everyone was in fixed setup SCCA Jetta TDI cars, and there
were 10 cars for this session.

I qualified first, and pretty much stayed up there the entire race, so
I decided to show other interesting parts of the race as well. First
you will see a pace lap and the rolling start from the "TV" cameras to
demonstrate the night effects on the cars. After that you will see some
heated competition between 3 racers as they battle for 2nd place. Then
at the end I show the distance between me and the other lead lap cars.
Most of the racers did not practice, like I did, so they ended up
falling behind a good bit. So note to everyone, practice before racing,
it helps!

Song used in the video: Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for
Fears.
Video was recorded with: Fraps v3.2.2
Edited/compiled by: Sony Vegas Pro 10
Resolution Recorded: 1680x1050
Compiled Into: 1440x1080
