Applause Africa hosted its 5th Annual African Diaspora Awards on Saturday, November 21st, 2015 at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York City, to honor individuals from the African Diaspora who have made a significant difference in communities and sectors around the world. Among the attendees were an extraordinary array of entrepreneurs, musicians, artists, actors, scholars, and businesses.

The theme of this year’s Award is “The pursuit of knowledge transfer: Entrepreneurialism in Education.”
