Lucknow, the city of Nawabs and some great food! Our venue in Lucknow was about 40 kms on the outskirts of the city located in the city’s commercial suburb. We were staying at Ramada which had a convention hall where we had our event. On reaching the hotel our cars rolled into this grand palatial property spread across acres of land, it had a contemporary structure with hints of Mughal architecture, we were floored! Since the venue was just a walk down the alley we would keep walking up and down at our convenience. We headed for setup and the whole bunch of volunteers joined us. It was nice to see a mixed group of boys and girls for the first time. There was one volunteer who took charge to manage the rest of them which helped execute the event better. While the venue was slightly far, it took some time for the crowd to pick up but we still had a 1000 gamers present at the venue. As the event picked up the excitement started building up more and more. A lot of gamers placed orders right there and brand got good sales. The experience zones were occupied at all times. It was a good event!
