Gigantic spider in the house!!

Noticed a HUGE spider in my friend Ava's house over her heater. Massive. Hopefully my strategy for its demise worked. Update a few minutes after this was posted which was 30 minutes after this incident: Ava saw the spider crawl out of the heater on the other side of the wall heading in the direction of her bedroom WHILE she was about to go to be. She screamed "GET THE WINDEX!!". Little Miss "Love all of Mother Nature's multy-legged children" saturated it with spray and I smashed with foot. Curiously when I lifted my foot I saw nothing. I'm assuming I grinded the beast into her carpet. Good times.
