Senior Preppers  How should a senior citizen prepare for SHTF?  Make sure seniors and elders have emergency plans, disaster preparations, and the supplies and gear to meet their specialized needs.  Even the elderly need a Bug Out Bag and plan.  Parents, grandparents, or great grandparents need additional consideration for emergency situations.  Seniors may have mobility issues, hearing aids, dietary needs, oxygen, or medications.  Older people are used to doing for us, and do not have an easy time asking for help.  Make a Bug Out Bag or emergency evacuation bag specifically for your special seniors.  Make an emergency plan if you are a senior, or help a senior make a plan if they do not have one.
