What documents are required when applying for the SINP under the Family Referral Category?

When applying for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program Family Tree under the Family Referral Category, you need to submit identity and civil status documents, copies of passports for yourself and everyone who's accompanying you, educational and training certificates, regulatory or licensing credentials, as well as reference letters testifying for at least one year of work experience. You need to submit copies of the Job Offer and the SINP Confirmation of Job Approval letter, both of which should be supplied to you by your potential employer. You need to submit documents showing you have sufficient language proficiency -- an IELTS, CELPIP or TEF test result will do. Your language proficiency can also be verified by your employer by sending you a copy of a SINP Employment Approval letter. You should also submit police reports if you or any dependents older than 18 have committed offenses or have been convicted of crimes.
