Lane Control.....who's really impeding who?

America you be the judge. These very short stints of lane control do indeed temporarily slow traffic behind me. But as we see as the footage plays out, traffic OF ALL KINDS "impede" or slow their fellow road user all the time and this is done so perfectly legally. Should the burgundy Honda have been written tickets for getting in my way causing me to slow down and change lanes?? Then why am I written tickets for using the road in the same fashion. The law say far right as PRACTICAL......NOT POSSIBLE! PLEASE LEARN THE DIFFERENCE!!! FYI: in case you were wondering what I'm talking about at the end, it was a discarded blog about officer Devlin request for me to not use lane control. Of course later in email correspondence Officer Devlin who state that I am indeed correct, that it is illegal to ride straight in turning lanes when not turning. Devlin later got to walk away from his subpoena without consequence. Prosecution sequestered the evidence and I was denied justice and due process.
