Hey guys, so as I told you before, it's so crucial to be able to create multiple streams of income as an entrepreneur. As many of you know, I have multiple business'🤑. 

Today I'm focused on a new product that I'm releasing with Ken & Anita Corsini 👏 You might've caught them on their hit show on HGTV, "Flip or Flop: Atlanta". 🏚️

I've had my team at Clever Investor focused on the creation of this product that's being dropped in January. Come hang out with your boy Sperbs and A-aron as we pick up some supplies for the training I'm covering on bandit signs.  I even walk you step by step on just how easy it is to make a bandit sign to crush your real estate business. 

A game plan for my team and I is key. I have an entire video team who's focused on making sure that the training's I provide are on point. I also have my assistant keep my daily agenda focused & prioritized. A lot of thought & passion go into my real estate trainings, simply because I want to show how invested I am in my students education. 

Having multiple business's, you'll see me go back and fourth between my rehabbing business & my education company. It can be difficult as an entrepreneur, but again, creating multiple streams of income is key to making it in the entrepreneur world! 🤑
