This is a taste test/review of the EatingWell Creamy Pesto Chicken frozen meal. It is “roasted white chicken, creamy pesto sauce, orzo, roasted vegetables and kale”. It has 22g of protein, no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, is made with chicken raised without antibiotics and includes 1 cup of vegetables. It is 310 calories.
