Hey everyone, if you're ever out here in the Kingman AZ area and looking for a nice community to raise your family or possibly a retirement community, you might want to drive out just 20 minutes from Kingman to Valley Vista Arizona, reasonably priced homes, even commercial real estate if you're looking to open up a business in Arizona.

The Valley Vista Country Club Golf Course is a beautiful course surrounded by mountains and wildlife, beautiful cactus plants, wild desert flowers, squirrels and birds come up near seemingly unafraid of humans.

Inside the country club is a nice restaurant, lounge, and pga pro golf shop for all your golfing needs, golf clubs, titleist golf balls, gloves, apparel, golf carts, and more.

I was out on a windy day, but got a few video clips around while no one was playing golf.  I stopped over at the Valley Vista Community Park.  There's some beautiful homes in the area, some very nice but not the high prices you might be accustomed to in California.

Where's the best place to retire in the United States?  A: Arizona.  No severe weather other than a bit hot in the summer (but low humity), no damaging earthquakes, low crime in the smaller communities.  Yes, Phoenix AZ has a bad crime problem.
