Setting goals are so important- Especially for dance students! I find that having the older students sit down, write out their dance goals, and share them with the class helps with their mindset and vision of what they want to be able to do. It gives them focus in their classes on what they should be working on more. Hold on to your students goals- refer back to them often, and at the end of the year, reward those who have accomplished them! xx
