This is a multifaceted video...first off, I want to say that Pitbull Tactical not only makes some of the finest kydex holsters I have ever seen, but their customer service and warranty is unparalleled! 

My original Bloodline Nocturnal holster broke while trying to slide my 5.11 Tactical riggers belt through the OWB loops (entirely my fault for twisting the holster well beyond where I normally do, causing it to crack). After calling Pitbull Tactical and explaining the situation, after Rich and I exchanged mutual laughs at my mistake, he jumped right on getting a replacement sent to my door. 

Pitbull Tactical stands behind their product 100% and makes sure their customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. To peg it in one word, outstanding!

My replacement Nocturnal holster came with a set of new, injection molded plastic hardware. This hardware has replaced the previous, hand-made kydex loops, and comes packed with innovation!

The OWB loops have a more contoured opening allowing for easier "donning/doffing" of the holsters, but in my opinion, the biggest change comes with the IWB loops.

The new IWB loops have an extended tab that helps the user unhook the holster from the belt for removal, which is a big improvement over the original kydex loops. Also, the wings have more adjustment holes than the previous kydex models, allowing for maximum, fine-tuned cant/height adjustment. The holster that did everything before, seems to have gotten even better!

Pitbull Tactical is proud to say that this new hardware is entirely their design and product (it's even stamped with their logos, which looks great), and they personally ran through countless ideas and prototypes before releasing this new hardware...ensuring that their customers would be completely satisfied.
