Trying to record the river level at the water plant at night

My friend at the water plant said that he has never seen the river there this high, so late at night I tried to show the historic river level at the Little Wabash river itself by visiting the water plant east of Fairfield, but due to their 2-bit night light being out, I wasn't able to get much on video other than our commentary.  I went again in the daytime.
