I'm pretty sure this is cheese as I didn't use half the things in the puzzle, including the fire clown car in a question block. I think the part I cheesed is figuring out that you can get the key and blow up only one of the two blocks above the note block with the bomb. This allows you to hit the POW with the green shell. If both blocks are gone, the shell will hit the note block and miss the POW. Everything else feels intended. I expect a reupload after Smash boss sees this. :)
