Toki Arcade (TAD) - sound fixed

Fixed sound issues with my Toki arcade board. When I got the board it had a humming sound, then suddanly no sound. Changed the amplifier chip, worked for about One Hour then died probably cos of a faulty PSU feeding high 5-volts. Got a new chip soldered in today. Now it works again!
