The Novorussian Armed Forces  (NAF), more specifically these Soldier's are of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Militia, more known as Pro-Russian Separatists / Russian Backed Rebels and Insurgents. This specific group / unit seen in this Video have been called Russian Special Forces, GRU, and Spetsnaz. However, based on what these Donetsk Separatists say, they claim that there are "unfortunately" no Russian soldiers fighting alongside them, nor mercenaries (1:08). They share their thoughts about the two (2) Minsk Ceasefires (September and February) Violations, and how the Ukrainian Armed Forces hides their Grads in Civilian Sectors, between schools and other inhabited areas which therefore the DPR "GRU Special Forces" cannot retaliate back against the UAF strikes.
Judge for yourselves if they are Russian sent GRU (not even regular forces, but as claimed GRU), or if these are just local fighters from the Donetsk / Lugansk Oblast since, unlike each GRU Soldier, these fighters don't have Electronics, Modernized Arms, and Professionalism that is displayed on every GRU Soldier.
