Issuing of State Land Title to Security Company Questioned by Contractor Company Boss

The Managing Director of the KT Building Contractor Company in Lae, Koslyn Tupui, has questioned a land title of state leased land alongside the Bumbu Bridge at China Town, currently registered to Wasu Amu. Mr Tupui applied for the land title in 2013 through Morobe’s Division of Lands. He is still waiting to obtain the actual title. Meanwhile, the state land is registered as Portion 275 Milinch of Malahang Fourmil of Huon to Wasa Amu, operating as Wap and Co security in Lae.
