After some mucking around I finally worked out a way to mount the camera to a standard bicycle helmet using the universal mount. I think that is one of the problems that Tachyon need to sort out. I was using a couple of AAA Duracell Alkaline batteries which only lasted 15 minutes before the camera shut down due to low voltage. The batteries were not fresh as I had been playing with the camera a bit before mounting it. If I want a long recording maybe a couple of hours I will have to think of a way to use an outboard battery source. Camera very simple to use one button stop start and when the camera automatically turned off I actually heard the beeps. At the end of this video I have placed a Google image of an accident location where on Sunday 2nd of May 2010 a cyclist lost his life in a freak accident. I would love a HD camera to go with my Canon HV30 but at this time the XD Micro will have to do. Here is a link to my ride today: htt://connect.garmin.com/activity/32644584
