In today's tutorial, we're looking at installing brushes in Photoshop. We're going to look specifically at the brushes that you would usually get from Design Cuts products and for this tutorial, we will use the Doodle Hearts Clip Art which includes.ABR file brushes. These don't paint like regular paint brushes and are more like a heart stamp brush. 

There are 3 methods to install brushes in Photoshop and we are going to show you all of these, as well as run you through the benefits and limitations of each of these methods.

This is where the brushes can be installed if you have a good working
knowledge of your operating system (these folders are hidden by defaults):
Windows:
C:\Users\{your username}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop
{version}\Presets\Brushes

Mac:
/Users/{your username}/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe
Photoshop {version}/Presets/Brushes
