U.S. President Barack Obama has reaffirmed America's determination to prevent Iran from building a nuclear weapon - through diplomacy if possible, through force if necessary. But Mr. Obama warned against what he termed "loose talk of war" as he addressed a Washington gathering of a pro-Israel lobbying group, one day before a scheduled meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
