Hello Mr. Vick,

My name is Rudy Davis and I am a bible believing follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. My phone # is 972-839-9848. It is my understanding that you are the Sheriff of Williamson County which houses the illegal federal CMU (Communication Management Unit) prison for the purpose of incarcerating Obama's political prisoners. Marion USP prison is located at 4500 PRISON ROAD in MARION, IL. As the Sheriff, I am sure you are aware that you are the highest elected authority in that county. As a Sheriff, you have law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other state or federal official. The feds may have forgotten authority resides in the sheriff, but not us who read and understand the 10th amendment to the US Constitution.

I have devoted a significant amount of time studying the case of Schaeffer Cox who is currently incarcerated within Marion CMU prison which is a prison within a prison.  I have come to realize that he was railroaded by a corrupt Department of Justice and the prosecutors under the direction of an illegal Obama appointee named Karen Loeffler (Alaska Attorney General) withheld exculpatory evidence during his trial.  This same group of corrupt prosecutors are written about in a book titled "License to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the DOJ" by Sidney Powell who was herself an insider to the DOJ corruption. 

I am sure you hear on a daily basis about "innocent" prisoners. I am not asking you to take action regarding the "innocence" of Schaeffer Cox. That is a matter that God is handling and we are working to raise awareness of Schaeffer's case to everyone in America. God has a plan for Schaeffer’s life and it is not to rot in a prison cell for 26 years for a crime he did not commit.  As the Sheriff of Williamson county, I am asking that you look into two issues:

1) The existence of illegal federal prisons within your county. These prisons have no transparency or accountability to outside law enforcement officials. I would ask that you inspect the Marion CMU prison as is your duty to ensure no illegal activity is ongoing within those walls.  Below is a video describing illegal secret CMU prisons and the torture that Mr. Hakeem Shaheed experienced. It is a travesty that this type of activity is occurring on American soil. 2) I believe that CMUs implement EITs (Enhance Interrogation Techniques) on prisoners who are believed to be against the political agenda of the Obama administration.  I believe EIT is just a fancy word for torture and this includes long term solitary confinement, sleep deprivation by having a guard yelling at them every 30 minutes to prevent sleep, 4-point shackling naked to a concrete bed in the dark for days on end causing sores and bruises, temperature swings to the extreme hot where one can not stand on the concrete and so cold that the toilet water freezes, and other heinous activities meant to break the will of a man.  Please listen carefully to this muslim man's story below which is reported to occur at the Marion CMU prison in your county.

There are many of us who are becoming aware of the innocence of Schaeffer Cox and how he was targeted (just like Lois Lerner did with the IRS to conservative Tea Parties) as a political enemy by the Obama administration.  It is important that all of us uphold our US Constitutional duties and ensure the well-being and safety and rights of all men, even those who are currently incarcerated.
