The Baten Kaitos IP to me is still one of my most beloved franchises form my childhood and as it turns out, a 3rd iteration was actually in development before being cancelled due to some behind the scenes happening.

While Nintendo's Monolith Soft studio created the IP, the direct behind the game explains why we must ask Bandai Namco in order to make a new game a reality (likely, for Nintendo Switch).
