Fifteen bands are playing in one show Sunday to help a local musician and bartender. Jason Pierce continues to recover after he was shot during a robbery attempt while he was walking home from work on Christmas morning. The benefit started at 11 a.m. and wraps up at 11:30 p.m. Organizers said Pierce is passionate about music, and bands jumped at the opportunity to support the fundraiser.
