Since most youtube gamers overclock the hell out of their pcs i made this with no bullshit, no overclock, the real deal.

AMD Phenom II X4 2.80
4 Gb DDR2
ATI HD 4650 1GB DDR2 latest catalyst drivers
WINDOWS XP

As you see 56 fps rates is the max you can get with this card with everything turned off ( NO AA NO AF, etc ), i only left on vsync. If you turn off vsync the limit dissapears but screen tearing occurs. My guess is, i just need a little more punch of a 3d card. Either way, i'm saving a good deal for a psu and a card.
From what i've been testing, hd 4650 is a rather low end card ( well duh is cheap ), but works with 2006 and before games.

I just did this so you ppl can get an idea of what system you need to run this on. By the way, this is the default HD resolution of the arcade. Low res looks like shit because is obviously forced.

This is my first time playing bb. It's obviously more eye candy than gg, but i like gg a whole lot more ( Still rock on accent core plus ) for it's gameplay and characters.

And no, you can't run RE5, Deadspace and SFIV at 60 fps with high settings. NOT with this card. All those ppl are bullshitting the hell out of you. Maybe mostly at low settings. And also, they don't take into consideration SMOOTHVISION AND AA on the ati control center. They think the highest possible setting is with default ati cc configuration and that is a lie. Also, if they manage to get good fps is because they are obviously overclocking their pcs *to death* ( Which i don't recommend unless you are always with air conditioning, and have a very good amount of fans with an awesome power supply unit or you live in the artic ). I hope this clarifies things.
