How To Shoot Better Free throws, in this video I will give some tips and tricks on how to shoot a free throw shot better and more consistently. Shooting a Free throw shot doesn't have to be hard even if there is a big crowd yelling at you. To shoot a free throw shot and consistently make the free throw shot you will need to stay calm. To stay calm my advice is to do the same routine, so for me I like to take a step up to the free throw line and spin the Basketball in my hand and then bounce the Basketball once or twice. Then I will shoot my Free throw shot. This is how I became a great Free throw shooter in Basketball.
