How to smudge! It's pretty easy - all about intention and attention to what you're doing. Plus, it smells nice :) In this vid I use sage for purification and blessing, then cinnamon - which does basically the same thing, but adds some extra magic :) I like to clear out with sage, then bless with cinnamon. Smudge sticks are cheap (the one I have was under $3) and last you several months, so this is an inexpensive & easy way to make your space a little clearer & more sacred. Enjoy! www.charismelina.com
