Here is the INVITE heat 4 (of 4) of the Girls 4x400 Meter Relay from the 2018 Mt. Carmel Track & Field Invitational, held on March 24 at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego.

Commentary:  Running third when she got the stick. Wilson's 3rd-leg Dionna Griffith ripped past Arcadia and Notre Dame on the backstretch and that proved to be enough.  Although Nikki Merritt makes it exciting.
