This is a Microsoft Access 2010 Database Basic Tutorial for beginners.  In this basic course Access video tutorial, you’ll learn how to do advanced formatting on to your Reports including: formatting Column Titles, change Alternate Row Colors, align text in a field, use the Can Grow feature to expand the field vertically to display all the data within, Hide Duplicates, Conditional Formatting and adding Data Bars in a field to represent its numerical value, and use the COUNT function to count the number of records, Keep Groups Together of records to prevent them breaking across a page, Force New Page before or after groups of records, adding a Summary Field, how to add a Subreport, create mailing labels, how to import data from an Excel Workbook, or a Comma Separated Value CSV file, and how to export to Word and as CSV file.
