taken from the album "Now - Dystopian Love Songs", published in March 2016. a futile attempt to make an interesting video of one of my latest songs, "Chocolate Bonbon Eyes". Lyrics: Björn Jakobsson. Music: traditional. Recorded in Ealsden Digital Studio Skärholmen, June 2015 The video contains several 1-2 second long clips of random dancers from different video websites, all edited with different kinds of filters so they most likely can't be recognized, just to add some movement to the video. If anyone objects to the video clips being used just give me a shout. This song is not original and the melody is old as sin but the lyrics come from deep inside my wicked heart I know, I know, at my age I should be wise Elena Cheburashka, with chocolate bonbon eyes If I had a nickle for everytime I thought for her I could tell you right away that I would not starve to death The way she smiles, the tiny devil in disguise Elena Cheburashka, with chocolate bonbon eyes I may not be a saint but there are sinners far worse than me I'm merely affected by her lovely charm Demure, mature, a laughter that could win a prize Elena Cheburashka, with chocolate bonbon eyes I'm not suggesting anything, nor am I proposing Just sending a friendly hug, that says: "Stay as you are!" I wish that you would let your sunshine fill your skies Elena Cheburashka, with chocolate bonbon eyes ©2015 Treplektra produktion
