Somewhat advanced combos for Noel Vermilion and Izayoi.

To tell the truth, I've been ducking doing a video for Noel since release day. I messed around with her near launch and I thought she sucked and I didn't want my dreams to be shattered any further so I've been putting off actually playing with her properly.
But man. She sucks.
Small range, WTF projectiles that can't even be used as oki because of the tech system in this game, Chain revolver routes that can't be entered from her basic A strings unless she gets an anti-air or uses an assist. Below average damage.
She does have some okay mixups from chain revolver, but its reactable and the Reject system alone completely renders Noel's chain revolver useless.
What is this character? man Noel is supposed to be the main heroine of BB. Can't she get some love just a bit for once? I mean, she was pretty bad in CF too imo.
Anyway, Noel is probably one of the worst characters in BBTAG next to Yukiko (another character I'm ducking).
In the same way that it would be hard to nerf Ruby because she is good by design, it would be hard to buff Noel because she is bad by design. The only way to make Noel good in this game would be if they added Mu-12.
Izayoi is good. Her range is a bit small, but she has got that teleport cross-up and a hover dash that makes blocking her scary. Its even more scary when she can use assists to distract you. Her damage is good off of B starters if she is willing to use an assist and her oki options are probably among the best in the game.
But I don't know man. This isn't CF and there is a universal push block mechanic so I don't know if blocking her is as scary as it used to be in CF. She almost always has to spend resources to open you up because her only jump cancelable normal on block is 2A (If I'm not mistaken).
This means that her oki is more scary than her blockstrings. I(t also means that she is pretty meter hungry.
Its worth noting that she is pretty damn easy now. I wasn't able to find a lot of cool routes outside of what you see here, but legit the hardest thing I did in this video was TK Sonic Saber.
Which in my opinion kind of betrays the identity of Izayoi because she used to be one of the hardest characters in one of the hardest fighting games, execution-wise.
