The title of a really great Dickey Betts song off the fantastic "Let Nature Sing" album... BUT... it is also what has been happening out here for several days. It comes in waves ~ it will stop for 45 min. to an hour and a half, and then it will get going again for 45 min. or so! Yesterday I got awakened at 3:30am by the loudest clap of thunder I've ever heard out here and that wouldn't be so unusual, except that there is practically NEVER any thunder out here!!! Once a year you'll hear a rumble or two... that's it. Well, yesterday I heard more thunder than I've heard the whole dozen years I've been out here combined!!!
