In our news wrap Monday, a federal judge in San Diego ordered a temporary halt to deporting migrant families that were separated and then reunited. The Trump administration opposed the ruling. Also, migrants are still arriving in Europe from Africa by the hundreds. About 450 people were allowed to disembark in Sicily, after six European Union nations agreed to take them in.
