Aug. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Trees in Dover, Massachusetts, lay broken in the wake of Irene, now downgraded to a tropical storm.
Irene killed at least 15 people from Puerto Rico to New York, caused an estimated $3 billion in damage and cut electric power to more than 4 million homes and businesses across the eastern U.S. (Source: Bloomberg)
