Tools used: hammer, bench vice, ruler, bolt cutters, MIG welder, grinder, paint! You cold also use welding rod and oxy-acetylene weld everything together. That would probably be a cheaper for materials. I pay roughly $4 per 20 feet of 1/8" steel rod. I didn't really make any plans for this other than a drawing on a napkin. I saw a picture on pinterest that my brother and sister-in-law wanted for their wedding. They wanted 5 small ones and 5 big ones. The small ones were 5" square pieces and the big ones were 7" square pieces. I drew the plans on a napkin and filmed this 6 months before editing so I'm not sure the exact dimensions anymore.
