I get the bad feeling that despite some of Pac-Man's buffs, he's going to become a bit less common in Ultimate than he already was in Smash 4. I've also noticed that while charging his Bonus Fruit, he no longer loses gravity during the charge, meaning he can't use it anymore to stall and "float" through the air.
