A fiery red-head vs. a fiery demon. This should be interesting. Anyway, the Centipede Demon is one fast and nearly unpredictable boss. Attacking his tail will result in it coming to life and becoming a monster of its own, although its easy to kill. Killing the tail nets you 500 souls on New Game and the Orange Charred Ring, although I'm sure you'll get that ring even if you don't kill the tail.
